HOOKAH
The use of Hookah, also known as shisha, in Nepal has a long and rich history. It is believed to have originated in ancient Persia and was brought to the Indian subcontinent by Mughal emperors. Over time, Hookah became an integral part of the cultural and social fabric of the region, including Nepal.
In Nepalese culture, Hookah smoking has been associated with social status, hospitality, and celebration for centuries. It was traditionally enjoyed by royalty, nobles, and other members of the upper classes. Hookah smoking was also considered an important part of religious ceremonies and festivals, and was used as a way to mark special occasions and create a festive atmosphere.
